What's Cooking?


There's a lot more than pasta cooking in Pino's kitchen and his Classico apron says it all. Family is Everything for him.
He learned to cook from his German mother whose family ran a bakery and she became the "go to cook" for the Italian side of the family.

Not only does he run his family's vinegar business, he shares his love of cooking with his daughter especially at the holidays and every weekend brings his 93 year old father to his home at the Jersey shore. Pino says he would rather stay home and cook for his family and friends than dine out.

We love your attitude, Pino.
